Bella loves tubby time. She was cracking me up yesterday, so I had to take this. I love her little bum.
Her new favorite game is ripping up Kleenex. I don't know where she picked up this habit, but it's very messy. It doesn't matter where the Kleenex box is, she can find it and make a mess. If she has her pacifier in her mouth it's not too bad because she doesn't eat it. If not, it's just gross. Sometimes if she's being a bug, I sit her on the couch and give her a Kleenex and she's good for like 20 minutes. I've decided Kleenex are my saving grace. ;)
Here she is showing off her new talent. Some times I think she just wants to get up and walk, that's why she gets up on her hands and toes instead of knees. It's always funny when she thinks she has gone far enough to reach whatever she's after, but when she lays down it's just out of reach and she has to get back up and go a little farther.

It's always fun to hear that others are going through the same stuff as us... Lexie is a master tissue shredder, too. One of my kids knocked a huge box off a table the other day and Lexie went to town. (Unfortunately, she also goes after used tissues if they are not thrown in the trash or if the trash can is down on the ground... YUCK!) We also use our cell phones to motivate her to crawl (she still does this weird scoot/crawl). FUNNY KIDS!!
Lily totally did the hands and feet thing too but now that she's a better crawler she doesn't do it very much any more. I think it might have just been because she didn't totally get the crawling thing yet. She will be standing in no time. Now Lily wants to stand all the time and is walking around holding onto things. It was horrible in the beginning because she didn't know how to get back to her butt but now she can sit back down very softly. It's funny. Be careful of her table thing, she would pull that thing over on top of her when she fell over.
I can't believe how big she is getting!! She looks so much like you Melody!! What a little cutie.
Kleenex is an awesome obsession because they are cheap!
That first picture is freaking CUTE, and I want to see it in her Senior Yearbook one day.
Way to go Bella! She's really getting the crawling figured out. You need to bring her back over here to give Owen a lesson! Actually, I might be heading that way soon.. maybe next Monday, not sure yet... I'll let you know!
