Top 10 Things to do in Portland...
Okay guys, I need some suggestions. For those of you who live here, used to live here or have even visited I would like suggestions of things that we should do while we're here. Dusty informed me that I only have 23 days until we leave for our trip to Connecticut and then we'll only be here for about 3 or 4 days when we get back before we move for good. I want to make sure that I do all (or at least some) the things that are unique to Portland. I'm looking for parks to visit, sites to see, places to eat, shops to go to, walks to take or anything else you think I (we) should do. Even if it seems obvious to you (you think we may have already done it) suggest it anyway, we probably haven't done it. Help me get out of the house and do some fun things. I may even blog about it. Thanks in advance!

I'm so sad that you guys are leaving. (Not that we hang out much anyways! ;p) We are having a bday BBQ for Owen on the 22nd of May. Not sure if you'll still be here, but mark it on your calendar. We would love it if you came. I need your address to send an invite.
PS I have seen Modern Family, not that into it though. :( I think it is too laid back for me. Also, can't really get over the whole gay part... Don't know why- just bugs me! ;)
Directly from my friend who grew up 20 mins from Portland:
"Here are some of my favorites: Shopping on NW 23rd Ave, the Pearl District, and Pioneer Square. The Portland Rose Garden (free, and smells so good), Dinner at Brasserie Montmartre (French food, really fun atmosphere), Dessert at Papa Hayden (Multipage menu, amazing, impossible to choose). Powells Books is the bomb and the Saturday Market is quintessential Portland--chock full of pottery, tie dye and hippies."
See how nice I am? I ask other people for you.
Also, I don't know who is commenting above me, but I LOVE MODERN FAMILY. It is the best new show in TV.
