Sniffles

Unfortunately Isabella is sick. She has a stuffy nose and is coughing. I hate it because there is very little that I can do about it. I don't know of any medicines that we can give her because she is too young. If anyone has any ideas of what might help her, please send them my way.

Mel- There is some stuff called "Little Noses" that you can use. It's just saline drops (salt water) there's no medicine in it but it can help clear up her nose. Make sure you get the one that doesn't have any medicine in it (I think there's a medicated version as well). Although when Lily got a cold at 1 month old we just rode it out. Thankfully it got better after a couple days. Did mom get you guys sick? Tell mom to get some antibacterial gel for her classroom. Mom is always getting sick from her kids. Those kids need to be disinfected before they come in.

Tell me about it. Whenever Mom comes home from school I make sure she washes her hands before she touches anything. I think we got sick out at Dusty's parents though. It has been so warm and then we spent the night out there and it was freezing. I think the cold or the dramatic change in temp got us sick. Although having Mom be sick probably didn't help. I got the Little Noses Saline drops and they work for about 10 minutes. During the day it's not too bad, but at night when she lays down, she freaks out because her nose gets stuffy. Then when I put the drops in she freaks out and then won't go back to sleep. It's been fun. Hopefully we're at the end of her cold.

I was told to use the saline drops and a cool mist humidifier. Which, I know you have, and it is in the shape of a pig! ;) I had to go get one for Owen and we got a green frog!
